We believe coaching is a courageous conversation. This work requires care, sensitivity, kindness and challenging our clients’ thinking, feeling, behaviour and perspective. We believe the influence of our clients’ context must be accounted for, so our approach is systemic. Our clients often say they find our coaching is therapeutic, but it isn’t therapy. We believe our extensive experience and training makes us among the best practitioners and feedback from clients would support this being the case.

Anyone in a leadership or organisational role who wants to improve their performance, relationships with others, think through projects and strategy, lead, thrive or even to cope through change.
There will be an initial introduction for you to decide if you want to work with us. This is followed by collaborative meetings with your relevant sponsors, usually a line manager of HR colleague, 10-12 hours coaching, a summary follow-up conversation with your sponsors. The work will sometimes involve a personal profile: we are trained in several psychometric tools.
We have appropriate rates for corporate clients, public sector and charities and self-funded clients – call us to discuss. Our rates will vary according to the scale and length of the engagement.
We offer a range of services from training coaches, supervision and offer a range of services from setting up internal coach networks for organisations, training individuals to coach, supervision for coaches and leaders and training in a coaching style of leadership.
