For Change

Achieving successful organisational change

This is what we’re about. Our mission is to ‘put the fish on the table’ – the foundation for any successful change project. This is our approach to open and honest communication through courageous conversations. Our role is to shine a light in the places you may not be looking. We help people make sense of the losses and gains that often come with change and make a choices for the future they want. We believe the disturbance of change can be harnessed to regenerate your purpose and workplace culture.

Our Approach to Organisational Change

We believe people need to experience a ‘good ending’ with what went before to have any chance of digesting, accepting, then thriving in the new structure.

We believe developing a good-enough, shared sense of purpose, which has meaning for individuals and groups, is the most effective way to begin the process of personal change.
We believe effective contracting, particularly the psychological contract, is the method to build trusting relationships when new collaborating groups and teams are formed.

We believe that giving permission to express the hopes, fear and anxiety surrounding change is a necessary, but not sufficient, activity for smoothing and accelerating transition into the new organisational structures.

We believe a process of team building, team development and team systemic team coaching puts energy into collaborating, high-performing teams, engaged in meaningful tasks, rather than energy and time with disruptive psychological games.
