Our approach is rooted in a psychological method called Transactional Analysis. We have extensive experience in training and working with leaders, coaches and teams. Our Team

We have more than twenty years’ experience working with leaders and their teams. Our expertise as trainers, coaches, coach supervisors and experience in leadership development nourishes us and infuses all our work. We are committed to our own continued learning, which we integrate into our practice to improve our service to clients.

Sarah Harness

Sarah Harness is trained in Transactional Analysis and Integrative Psychotherapy, a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and a Senior Practitioner Accredited Coach (EMCC).

Sarah worked as a senior leader for the BBC and her roles included responsibility for strategy, creative and editorial leadership, and leading large teams. Sarah worked in the BBC’s well regarded leadership development team, training and facilitating groups from different cultures, across the globe. Since leaving the BBC Sarah has coached senior leaders in business and education, is a trained coach supervisor and works with private psychotherapy clients. Sarah brings a deep knowledge of psychology and interpersonal relationships and works with clients to make significant shifts in perspective, attitudes and behaviour.

Tony Worgan

Tony Worgan is trained in Organisational Transactional Analysis and has a Masters in Coaching Psychology.

Tony worked as a senior leader for the BBC in broadcast and online production. He worked for many years in leadership development, with responsibility for coaching and mentoring across the organisation, leading a group of more than one hundred coaches and fifty team coaches. Tony has more than twenty years’ experience in learning and development, training coaches, leaders and facilitating team development groups across EMEA and Asia.

Tony has also held leadership roles in manufacturing industry and the Arts.

He is particularly interested in group dynamics and workplace culture. As a coach, his aim is to invite clients to make transformational shifts in their frame of reference, thinking, feeling and behavioural patterns, to help them thrive as effective leaders with productive working relationships.

Lisa Pettifer

Lisa is our business manager supporting our operational activity, marketing and public relations. Lisa has more than 20 years’ experience as a PR consultant and ten years as a journalist. Lisa will be your point of contact working with Tablefish.

Associates

For projects of significant scale, we work with a group of associates with similar training & experience, from a range of professional backgrounds in consulting, psychotherapy, learning & development, organisational change and coaching.

Ethics

We subscribe to the ethical expectations of the International Transactional Analysis Association and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Our work is covered by professional indemnity insurance.

Under Article 5 (the key principles of the regulation), we comply with GDPR and the need to notify you that we will be processing personal data in the facilitation of this fee agreement. We will process names, email addresses, work addresses, and phone numbers necessary to carry out the works as specified in our fee agreement. We will keep this data for a maximum of 5 years.
